The crops covered \u2014 tomato, kale, lettuce, and sweet pepper \u2014 were selected for their short growing cycle and steady demand in local markets, allowing households to combine improved nutrition with income generation.<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Distribution is the first step in a structured support program. Over the coming three months, field assistants, extension officers, and lead farmers will work directly with the groups, providing technical support on garden establishment and management.
