OUR ETHICAL STANDARDS

We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards to ensure trust and credibility:

1. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CORRUPTION

We strictly prohibit bribery, extortion, fraud, and any unethical behavior. No one representing the Foundation may offer or accept bribes or engage in deceitful practices. Integrity is non-negotiable.

2. NO IMPROPER GIFTS OR DONATIONS

To maintain impartiality, the Foundation does not permit the giving or receiving of gifts, entertainment, or donations that could influence business decisions or create obligations. Any form of social contribution must clearly align with the Foundation’s mission and values.

3. AVOIDING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Staff, partners, and vendors must act with full neutrality, avoiding any situation where personal interests could affect professional responsibilities. Any relationships or circumstances that may influence decisions or compromise fairness must be disclosed to uphold integrity and trust.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT

We are committed to a safe and respectful workplace. Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited. This includes any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

5. WHISTLEBLOWING AND ACCOUNTABILITY

We encourage staff and partners to report any violations of this Code. Reports made in good faith will be investigated thoroughly, and individuals will be protected from retaliation. Speaking up helps us stay true to our values.
