About the Foundation
The Mozambique LNG Foundation is a non-profit Mozambican institution, established by the seven concessionaires of the Mozambique LNG Project to work for the long-term development of Cabo Delgado. Rather than waiting for the project’s revenues to eventually deliver benefits, the Foundation invests early – channeling resources now into the systems and capacities that drive lasting change. It is a deliberate break from the conventional relationship between extractive industries and development: intentional, strategic, and Mozambican.
